What we collect

Your Google Play email, your confirmation that you are 18 or older and have a compatible Android device, and the time and version of your consent. We also keep test-access records, invitation and check-in status, feedback you choose to send, and any opt-in or install dates you report. We don’t collect your date of birth or your Google password.

Why, and who sees it

The Paintworthy test organizer uses these records to arrange closed-test access, send test invitations and occasional check-ins, help with installation, and improve the app. Your email is shared with Google to authorize test access. The site’s hosting and storage providers process signup records, and the organizer’s email provider processes test messages. The roster is private to the organizer. Your email is not used for marketing.

Your choices

Use the stop-emails link in test messages or contact hello@playhunter.dev to withdraw, correct information, or request deletion. Stopping emails does not itself remove Google Play access. You can leave the test separately through Google Play.

How long we keep it

We keep the minimum information needed to run the test, handle feedback and deletion requests, and prevent unwanted repeat invitations. After the test, the organizer reviews records for deletion or anonymization when they are no longer needed. We don’t promise an automatic deletion deadline.

Keeping the form safe

We use short-lived, hashed request-rate records to limit spam; these are periodically cleared. Signup does not send a confirmation email. Email opt-out links only control test-message preferences, and require an explicit confirmation.
